Ya ya ya ya. Review on Nurse Betty Movie

Whatever! Some people make movies without giving it a second thought. This movie has got good reviews (as I read them) and I lost my trust in these reviewers. Renée Zellweger plays Nurse Betty. I like this girl, what I like about her? I am not sure, may be the way she smiles (very sweet), she speaks her dialogue so slowly and so gently, she has cute eyes which she will squeak a little when speaking and she look awesome that way. Her eyes speak so many things. She did well in Jerry Mcguire, she was again good in Briget Jones Diary. I did not liked her in Irene, me and myself (I liked her but hated the movie). I dont know why people take comedy so lightly, a comedy is a difficult thing to do, you need to keep the script and dialogues very crisp.

Nurse Betty, so called dark comedy has three main character, Nurse Betty, and father/son duo of Charlie (Morgan Freeman) and Wesely(Chris Rock) who are criminals. Nurse Betty is obsessed by this serial on TV named ''A Reason to Love''. She is madly in love with the character of Dr. David Ravell (Greg Kinnear), who on TV is a loving moral character but in real life is a real A.. H...(Nurse Betty says it later). Nurse Betty who originally works in a coffee shop, saw the murder of her loser husband by the criminal duo, and because of trauma, looses her control and forgets the difference between reality and the TV serial. She feels that she is a nurse and is in love with Dr. David Ravell. She decides to go after the character. Bla...bla...bla...

Enough about the plot. its a foolish plot, trying to tell the old moral story of believing in your self and ......? Story never catches your imagination, and humour never tickles you. For me this all was like going in my nightmare, where I forgot the difference between reality and dream. I can't laugh when somebody is scalping the skin of the head of a charcter. its not funny, its disgusting. Betty is all the time saying only one thing, she loves the doctor and whatever....and imagining things(thank god, I am not a serial junky). The movie climax in a foolish situation, with that foolish cop, annoying chris rock and wasted talent of Morgan Freeman with their supposedly humorous dialogues.

I always like the comedies like ''O Brother where are though'', not the Kind of Nurse Betty or Irene, me and myself. I hope this cute, heartwarming, angel eyed girl, do choose her future movies with some wisdom.
