I have taken the cab: TN01 AS7371.
This is my feedback:
-Upkeep of vehicle and driver is good; but driver doesn't have any clue of the directions or would he go by the given directions resulting in loss of time and money.
-I have even given the Google map directions from Keys Hotel to Kottivakkam Kuppam rd, Sri Krishna Temple East Mada street. But the driver blindly rushes on ECR road and we have to retrace the whole route.
-Wish your drivers are thorough with the directions or listen to the customer, enquire well in advance of the destination and take the customer to the destination for a better experience.,
-Its a disappointment.
