I booked the taxi for going to airport 3 hours in advance at 10 PM. Got a call from driver before 15 minutes that he is on the way. But even after 10.15 the driver has not reached the place although clear route was mentioned.
The driver simply say that he would be reached. The worst one is he switched off the phone after that and no follow up done by call center.
I think NTL really need to chose their drivers. Driver called after thirty minutes and told "If you can't wait, you may cancel the taxi if you want".
After a long struggle I found another taxi at 10.30 pm and reached the airport.
