Dear friends..
I bought my new Nokia1100 just a month before by replacing my old Motorola T-191. I was attracted by the NOKIA brand name, but its one month performance really showed that the product has no good qualities to include in the best nokia cell phones. The phone has problem with its software.
Moreover a talk of only 5minutes will definitely heat up your 1100 phone eventhough you are in a full signal strength region.
The key pads are good and comfortable. But the backlight is very poor and you cant see the digits on the key pads while you are standing under a street light! Same is the case with the screen. Truly speaking, the display is very boring. The phone lacks the calender function and picture message editing. I only impressed on its handy build quality and weightless design.
Battery stand by time is not so bad and the sms memory is good enough. But the operating system used is a little bit slow. I encountered problems with the power switch. The tourch light is a good option but a single white LED is really not enough! Let me conclude...please opt for Nokia 3610 or 6610 if you decide to buy a nokia cell phone.
They are far far better than 1100. Other wise opt for Motorola or SonyErricson(T191 or T100).Thank You.
