I recently used NoBroker to search for a rental house and unfortunately had a bad experience. Despite the name of the portal suggesting that it is a platform for direct listings, most of the properties on the site were listed by brokers. This was quite disappointing as it defeated the purpose of using the site. Additionally, I found that the registration charges and percentage shares in rents that they were demanding were quite hefty, even before I was able to view any of the houses. Despite agreeing to these terms, when I went to see the houses, I was disappointed to find that many of the houses were in poor condition and not up to the standard that I was looking for. Overall, I would not recommend No Broker for anyone looking for rental properties as it seems to be more focused on making money from registration fees and commissions rather than providing a useful service and renters.
