NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED Cares
NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I recently engaged NoBroker for their interior design services, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. I opted for their services with high expectations, but various issues have left me quite dissatisfied.Key Points:
Project Initiation Delays:
The project faced significant delays right from the initiation stage. Despite clear communication and agreement terms, there were setbacks that impacted the overall timeline.Employee Accountability: I encountered challenges with employee accountability, particularly false promises made by the project manager. This not only led to project setbacks but also eroded my trust in the team's professionalism.
Quality of Work:
The work quality did not meet the standards I anticipated. There were discrepancies in the reported completion percentages versus the actual status of the work, causing unnecessary frustration and inconvenience.
Communication Issues:
Communication breakdowns further added to the difficulties. Incorrect updates sent during my absence and a lack of transparency in sharing the project's actual status were particularly distressing.
Conclusion:
Despite my efforts to communicate and seek resolution, the issues persist. My intention is not to undermine the company but to share an honest account of my experience. I hope this feedback contributes to the company's improvement and encourages a more transparent and customer-centric approach in the future.
In Summary:
I appreciate the company's prompt responses but feel that the overall experience fell short of expectations. I encourage prospective customers to carefully evaluate their requirements and expectations before engaging NoBroker's interior design services.
Edit: -I was not going to share exact issue, but it seems I should be transparent with detail, to let others understand the be warned what they will be dealing with, so here is my case,
I made a 10% advance payment three and a half months ago on October 19, 2022. However, they couldn't even assign a vendor during this time. I paid another 50% on December 15, and they commenced work in the last week of January.
While I was abroad for work after three days of starting the project, their team informed me that 60% of the work was complete, and I needed to make an 80% payment. They abruptly stopped the work. When I asked for details, they revised the completion status to 50% . After further inquiry, they brought it down to 44% . This whole process wasted an entire week, and when I returned, the actual completion was only at 30% of the total project value.
Upon closer inspection, I discovered numerous issues, including breakages, incorrect measurements, and unnecessary damage to my house. Expressing my dissatisfaction, they asked me to pay extra for the repairs, citing that their team had forgotten to include the repair costs initially.
Project Manager totaly took it, to his EGO and did not deliver obvious stuff and started arguing and asking for extra payment for small things in furniture, for example
any wooden unit has to come with stand to seperate it from floor, that is now extra charge,
Pantry will have no Pantry Hardware inside, if I want it will be extra
Breakfast unit will have no lamp, now it is extra
Switchboard hidden behind Fixed unit will now be charged for relocation
Every small hardware which is supposed to be part of Unit is now extra
Like that they started adding more and more cost to project, because of which I had to stop it, trust in initial contract is breached now.
This situation has raised serious concerns about the overall professionalism and integrity of their work.
