We purchased the ₹3000 plan from No broker and we got a dedicated relationship manager (Smt. Kavithabai). Kavitha took special care to thoroughly understand our requirements and picturise what kind of a house I was looking for. Right from next day she started displaying us great options in our selected area of choice (Kasavanahalli). She helped us in organizing hassle free property visits. Within just three property visits, we found a lovely budget friendly 2BHK flat in a decent locality. She helped us on negotiations with the owner and went the extra mile for our convenient move in. I think the plan was totally worth it. We finalized our house in just 2 weeks time with minimal calling and aimless and directionless wandering.
