A hospitalization cover of INR 94, 000 was paid for in OCT2021(Customer ID # XXXXXXXX2X). No test dates or policy documents have been sent to me. Hence asked for cancellation and refund. Evasive responses by Neeraj Kumar Panday that the refund would be processed in 2 days for the entire month of NOV and DEC.
