I feel this review is:
Nextra is very pathetic useless service provider. I have taken connection in Decebmer 2019 and since them I am struggling with frequent disconnection problem. Even after several complaints, they are not able to fix the issue. Plus the customer care people are very rude. I spoke to Sakshi in their cust care department and she refused to connect to their senior for me to discuss the recurring issue. And she was rude enough to not to tell me my complaint id even after requesting her to give it multiple times. Can’t believe such horrible ISP and no one is there to listen to your complaints.
