Internet speed got was not what they claim to give. Review on Netplus Broadband

Hey guys I want to share my experience with this netplus Broadband Internet Service. this is a new ISP the city that provides high internet connectivity starting from rupees 500 and so on.

I work for an IT Company so I always had to be connected to the internet For any kind of work required by the company. I had many employees working under me on many projects so many times I had to remotely solve problem from my home on their computer for which I need I speed internet connection. netplus broadband provide a data pack of 20 MBPS for 30 gigabytes and then 2 mbps for unlimited after utilising all that 30 gigabits data. so I purchase this plan from netplus Broadband Internet Service.

now I am going to share the real disappointing experience that I had with the service I choose. the installation guy that came to my home for installing this internet service was very rude. he doesn't know how to talk with others. after installing the router I check the internet speed it didn't go any near to 20 mbps it was around 9 to 10 MBPS. I was really disappointed, so I immediately called the service provided and told him about this problem he said that there is too much load on the server at that time that's why the speed is not going to 20 MBPS but he said that as soon as the load on server will reduce I will get high speed internet. I waited for many days but the speed was never increasing and was table at 10 MBPS. and the worst part about this service is that whenever there is a power cut the Internet will not work at all. before net plus I had been using BSNL which work perfectly in all condition though the speed was not so high but I was satisfied by the service.

netplus also said that they will be using Optical Fibre for installing internet connection but they used cable connection for this. and when I asked the customer care About this, they said that there is no Optical Fibre in my area. So I would not recommend you to use netplus broadband if you had to work with uninterrupted high speed internet service.
