There is a reason why the pharma fraternity is protesting against online pharma website.
Not all of them are unprofessional but this one struck me as the most insensitive.
My sister is a myelofibrosis patient and for those who know it is quite a serious condition.
We have bought her medicines from different vendors and we decided to give Netmeds.com a try.
After placing our order on October 2nd, 2018 we have been constantly following up for the medicines to arrive.
Made several calls, wrote several emails but there was no response, all we would get is that we are processing your order(as if it is some shopping)
I connected with the founder Pradeep Dadha on Linkedin, thinking since it is a very professional platform his response would be professional too.
But this is all I got:

Sorry for the inconveniences caused. Bruce/Mathangi will sort this out.
After this someone called Bruce did call up and assured us that the medicines will be delivered soon.
And again today out of the total 9 medicines only two have arrived(1 had arrived earlier) 6 medicines are still pending.
All I have to say is if the top bosses are unprofessional, they can never run a professional organisation.
