I ordered a medicine on Nov 1, 2022 online. The website showed error and asked me to retry. I proceeded and placed order. Then I noted that my Debit card had been charged twice and delivery date was also extended than what was shown initially. I cancelled the order. The website did not allow cancellation. I then called their customer service. The agent assured me that my order had been cancelled and my money would be refunded within 24 hours. On 2nd Nov, they delivered the drug that I refused as I had already purchased from local pharmacy. I called and informed one Shreeja that amounts had still not been refunded.


Today, 6 days later, I again called. One Shahnawaj hung up on me. I again called and spoke with James.


I hope they refund my two payments that they have no right to hold.


I will NEVER buy from NetMeds.com
