The product was supposed to be legit and cost friendly protection against various viruses, trojan, malware and ransomware.
But instead it turened out to be a trouble causing software in the system. There is a list of troubles that come with this product.
It is always a step behind than other anti virus software with outdated list of viruses.
The company itself does not do much of a hard work and copies other anti virus brand to give new updates.
More notification and less protection. It fails to recognize viruses often but it never fails to remind you to scan everything.
It has 2 options. One is fast scan and other is normal scan. There is no difference in way of scanning. The only difference is that fast scan will not scan full computer so it is now more easy for virus to avoid detection.
Yearly renewal of the protection is another issue. You have to pay every year for something that doesn't get the job done.
NP-AV can find viruses, trojans etc but it cannot eliminate them for good.
As a result of all the above, viruses and ransomware easily infect the system and creates lot of troubles.
I would recommend buying some other anti virus for a little more cost since this one does nothing but scans and tells you have virus or not. And many times it fails in that too.
