This is very good substitute for milk .or for sweets .just add three table spoon to glass of water to make like you wil 90 percent of exact of the milk .you can than add black tea to it .you use this for babies when you dont have milk at home during emergency time.it is hundred percent natural milk powder made from holistan cows in india .there are no adulteration in the product whereas some companies add cirn strach or corn flour to it.but I recommend nestle brand which is free from all adulterations .you can add this to sweet because it plays the role of condensed milk .ten grams of milk powder can composite 200ml of condensed milk
