THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER. Review on Nestaway

I rented a bed through Nestaway in New Delhi and it got turned out the worst nightmare of my life.

It was a sharing apartment. In 2019 I was travelling and NESTAWAY gave rent out a second bed in my room, without my presence. That girl was pretended, that she was in marketing. but she was a hacker by profession. she broke my drawer and stolen my important document and IDs.

In the previous month, she behaved weirdly, during the lockdown she shows her real face. She installed Malware/ Spyware on my phone. She and her boyfriend trapped me through my mobile. they were recording and listing my every call and activity. They had my mobile camera access too.

When I found her suspicious I raised concern to my owner they were living downstairs. NESTAWAY WAS FARE AWAY during that time, they had closed customer support, there was no area manager. She told the owner that she is a software engineer and working in Noida. Later on, I got to know that she was not in marketing nether any software company. She was a hacker, every morning she was pretending that she is going to the office, and get backed in the middle of the day.

When she and her boyfriend realize that I was aware of their activity, they mixed something in my food. I badly fall sick in very few days. between that time she immediately changed her phone, she removes her phone and my stolen things from the house. It was April 2020, no one was able to help in that period due to lockdown and restrictions.

I immediately moved out of that house before the given date. Nestaway charged me for that(THEY ASKED ME TO GIVE CASH). after four-month I asked for my deposit refund, they return only half of the amount.

When I asked detail about that Girl, the customer executive dined and said it is against their policy, I was ready to give them my police complaint number. In the APP her Surname was SINGH but in reality, she was not SINGH. Her ID was faked on the APP.

This is an eye-opening incident Especially for women who are living in metro cities. Please don't trust this company.

They are THIEF and FROUD. they will eat your money in name of Service charges, Cleaning charges, AC Rent and in revert NO CUSTOMER VERIFICATION, NO CUSTOMER SECURITY. Even they don't know whom they are renting outhouse. THEY DOESN'T CARE EVEN.

After that incident, my owner has vacant that apartment. But that girl is still living in another Nestaway apartment and might be tapping and trapping other girls too.

I have filed a complaint against the company in consumer court. Whoever is reading and going through this page, please don't trust this company, don't trust their written words on the website and app.

It's all FAKE. They DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER.
