Some years back we had visited the neighbourhood hospital in J P NAGAR for treating my dad's foot which had developed puss in it. My dad had a worst and painful experience here in his life ever. (Apology for not mentioning the name of the doctor as it would be unprofessional). So my dad had developed puss in his foot and we went there to check up, and doc told us to take a X-Ray and we did so thinking he was trying to be precautious with my dad's leg condition which had gone worst in those days.
Later he gave us two procedures to select from for anesthesia and puss removal which he called as surgery to make it more scary for us. Now we had a general phycisian in out relatives (In different City) who we asked for some recommendations.
Our doc in neighbourhood hospital asked us to choose between general anesthetic or another one that works through blocking nerve or something to do with the spine. As our recommender thought that general anesthesia would be fine for the puss he saw (we sent a picture on WhatsApp) and told not to go with spinal one as it is risky sometimes for obvious reasons, hence we chose the general one. Obviously there were different rates, General - 12000 and the other anesthesia procedure near to 20000. All this to remove puss from the foot and this prices are excluding Tax, X-Ray and doctors appointments charges.
Finally, when the day arrived this doc did not give any anesthetic drug to my dad, as my dad was not aware about it because I spoke to the doc about these procedures. I was not allowed to the place where the procedure was taking place.
My dad unaware about the procedure took all the pain while they were squeezing the puss out. Those unprofessional doctors who take an oath of taking care of the patient forgot what they are there for and why they are paid so much. When my dad was suffering from all this the doctor was speaking to another person in the room saying, these people think they know more than us and do not listen to us when we recommend a procedure (talking about the RS 20000 procedure) . My dad was listening to this when he was going through the pain. And they speak such insensible things while treating someone. This was completely taken on their ego and my dad had to suffer for all this.
After all this the doctor and the hospital still charged us 12K excluding tax and my dad did not tell me what happened inside as I would not be able to hear what happened and thinking about my temper he kept his mouth shut. After so many years during a conversation in my house when I took this topic out, my dad accidentally spoke about this in front of me. I cant go to he hospital and speak about this now as the case is almost 1.5 years or 2 years old NOW.
IF YOU GUYS READING THIS CAN AVOID THAT HOSPITAL THEN PLEASE DO. YOU NEVER KNOW, JUST LIKE US YOU MIGHT ENCOUNTER THOSE INHUMAN PEOPLE.
