Neerja! Hope you had never known to this name and perhaps this unknown face which I wish to indicate. Neerja, the name of great personality who lost her life to save a no. of passengers who being travelled in an hijacked aeroplane in 1986. But here no discussion about her life story as I wish to provide a brief review on NEERJA Bollywood movie , a biopic film based on the great personality Neerja Bhanot.
Especially I love to watch such type of thriller based true life story and as a great patriotic I also get encouraged by such stories. This film was directed by Ram Madhbani and well skilled casts like Sonam Kapoor, Shabana Azmi, Shekhar Ravjiani, Kavi Shastri played significant role. I just make my mind to watch this film due to certain reasons;
( 1) film based on true stories of our real heros who lost their life to save others( here hero is Neerja)
( 2) actress Sonam Kapoor who is a very good actor and especially I had considered she would be perfect for role of Neerja
( 3) I had been recommended to my friends to see neerja as they gave it FIVE stars
I watched it on last Wednesday in our local cinema hall and too much pleased with its story, cinematography, roleplays and a lot. And I personally felt all the thrill and inspirational contents as the whole team synchronized and organised them systematically. Actually I felt the whole story as I indeed present in that horrible situation.
The plotting of this movie was quite amazing and completely revealed. The story begun with the face Neerja and provide a little bit Informations about her.She was loved to everyone and everyone of her community wanted to see her at all moments. While introducing such cheerful moments suddenly diversed to her past life as she was tortured by her wild husband for dowry. Here we can imagine how she was suffered from harassment and unwanted hurdles but remained always happy and demanded personality for all. She served as attendant in aeroplanes and the actually story was based on that while attendant how she saved 100of life's from terrorist hijacked plane and at last lost her life after being shut by terrorist. At last an inspirational message was provided for that we highly encouraged to such endeavors. Overall all scenes and compositions are nicely placed and very impressive.
About starcast, Sonam Kapoor played her role very fairly and never give you a chance to point out any mistake in her acting and role. Along with her Shabana Azmi, Shekhar Ravjiani, Kavi Shastri and other supportive actors play their role very well.But only shortage I found that lack of heart beating songs but composed songs not so bad.
So ultimately after giving cent percent votes I suggest you to watch this amazing film which was based on such great personality. It never let you harass about its story and cinematographic ideas. It has strong gluing effect that you never leave your seat without watching the whole tragedy. Have a nice day, today.
