Don't buy your dream home from Neelsidhi Developer

Review on Neelsidhi Amarante, Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai

I bought from Neelsidhi builder my first flat of my hard earned money. They took around 1Lac as security deposit to be payable on society formation which is not paid out even after 2.5 years of buying the flat.

Builder is supposed to pay out 8CR+ as a refund deposit to society. that is not paid out yet.

he has eaten all money and called admin to rule the society(obs-unofficially)

viz, He paid money to petitioners to file petition to society registrar to bring society under admin.

He is not helping out to take back the admin and expedite election process.

If you are planning to buy from NSD then think again. there are many better builders from whom you can buy your dream home.

NSD is thief.
