I recently ordered a sunglass from this naytr website and they delivered me rayban sunglasses on 3 days after I ordered.
The quality was okay but when I wore it, I don't get adjustment in my face and I wanted to replace it.
They took my complaint in written form named shubham who was a customer executive and told me that we will sort out your problem.
Till one week no response from naytr.com and again I called and they changed their words and said sorry we can replace it because it seal is opened and used.
Nor do they refund my money and thank to Mouthshut.com where I can share my personal experience which helps many peoples a lot.
