I posted my resume on naukri.com since I am a fresher. I expected some decent interview calls from this website, but all I got was daily, rather hourly mails regarding job vacancies in BPOs and RPOs. Their agents call you for open vacancies in RPOs and despite a clear refusal, they relentlessly call you every alternate day.
Naukri.com claims on their homepage to have a vast selection of jobs from CMMI level 5 companies but in reality they are simply deceiving hopeful graduates. Its better to search for a job on your own or through other, privately owned job forums. Relying on naukri.com will simply result in a waste of your precious time which can be better utilised in studying for government jobs or planning your own startup or simply reading a newspaper.
