How I wish I had read all these reviews earlier which I am reading today after spending 8400/- for their Fast Forward services. My experience is not better than any and nothing new happened with me.

I have taken their Fast Forward service(Express Service) on 22nd Feb. for Executive Resume rewriting, Cover letter and Resume Highlighting on their portal.

It is 17th March, and I am still struggling with a professionally written resume. After struggling for so many days with their unprofessional team(who do not respond promptly on time). I asked them to finalize a badly written copy as I lost so many days and opportunities which I got through my internal and personal references, just because I was waiting for this out of the world resume copy to come in my hand.

After 10 days of wait and 2 reviews, I was so fed up with their team and their laid back responses as they delayed it so much by now that I thought I will fix the same myself and let them work on the cover letter. But the height of negligence is that my comments which were supposed to be taken as my guidance to work on were just blindly copy-pasted as the content!

I was struggling with them from day one. The only promptness they showed me was when I inquired on their website about the services and till I paid.

Once the payment was done. And I uploaded my original resume(which now I feel was better written) I got a call from a writer NEHA SOOD, who only told me what format she will follow and never asked any questions about me, about my profession and experience. I pro-actively explained to her my profile, for which I am sure she did not take any notes and started working on my resume without any understanding. I have 17 years of experience and the kind of writing I got from them is not even suitable for a fresher in the industry.

The first version contained all the sentences from my old resume directly copy-pasted and injected with jargons without any in-depth understanding of my profession. They mentioned things that I have not even done in my career of 17 years.

Nevertheless I made comments and explained everything in the word doc, asked for a call multiple times for any clarifications, which Neha did only once and kept repeating on the call to mention my comments in word doc and did not carefully listened to me yet again. Claimed to have understood she went back to write again - further took more days and simply copy-pasted the comments I made for her understanding - as the final content. Comments which I made for her understanding and action like "please add these words here" she actually pasted as it is. Clearly, she did not understand anything again, nor did she ask any further questions, no further calls, mails nothing - totally disconnected from me.

In all the mails I wrote her manager POOJA SUNEJA was in cc, not even once she intervened and took charge to fix things.

Only after I follow up multiple time, I get a response from them that too by the end of the day via email only, just right before they close for the day. So that I do not expect anyone to talk to me for the rest of the remaining day. Next day even till lunch time when I get no reply and when no one follows up with me. I again ask for updates over an email, again the reply comes right before they close for their business. Like this they wasted so many days. Like some hide n seek is going on. Worst is, they never shared any direct phone number of relationship manager or the writer - all I have is email address and long wait for them to call me(which rarely happened - just twice in whole month).

Now I feel this delay in response was deliberately done on multiple occasions. It had been a month I am struggling for a decently written copy of my resume.

I even escalated to escalation manager ADITYA PANDEY(as they provided his email ID to me in my first mail) Even he does not respond. Basically, no relationship manager calls up even after requesting and reading my mails and witnessing the delays, no response from the escalation manager, whom I kept in cc on all my mails, no calls for any clarifications from the writer NEHA SOOD and her manager POOJA SUNEJA to serve me better.

I am totally shocked to see the kind of horrible "Express" service and response I got from them, which was supposed to close within a week after a couple of days of closely working with me! They took one whole month and yet a piece of crap is served in my hands.

The problem is they have no process in place, no one connects with the client to understand the profession they are going to write about. Fresher, executive level, director level all are same for them, as they just use some big nice sounding words in an existing resume. It all sounds so unprofessional and unbelievable.

I do not think there is any internal review system within their team before they send a draft to the customer. No basic courtesy to address such issues by senior people at their end. Express service is nothing but to extract an extra 1k from the customer who trusts them with good service.

The cover letter is also a disaster, of course, if the resume is crap, a cover letter will have the reflection of the same.

I have so many things to complain about, but it doesn't make any more sense to me after losing 1 month of my precious time. Now, I have been told they will respond on Monday(losing another 3 days because of Holi weekend). It is a lost case for me.

Reading all other reviews here it is so disheartening to know that I am not the only one and I do not have any hopes for a positive or any response from escalation team forget about the reimbursement.

Now after all this I would warn everyone is - DO NOT AVAIL THEIR SERVICES. DELETE YOUR PROFILES FROM THEIR PORTAL AS THEY ONLY ALLOW CONSULTANTS TO REACH OUT TO YOU WHO GIVE ONLY PAID SERVICE AND NO REAL COMPANY PEOPLE WILL EVER CALL YOU.

(I have not even written 10% of what I had gone through in last 1 month which is still going on.)
