Www.naukri.com sucks again. Review on Naukri

Long back, I wrote about naukri.com paid services. Again I am a victim of them. I have been asking them since months to delete my entire information from their site. I just chatted their executive. Pasted below is the chat session.

Still, they can't delete my profile. :(  I don't know why they don't have option in their website to delete entire information of a user, just like matrimony wesites have. Hell of naukri.com

Hi Job seekers

I have used the free services of naukri.com for many times. They are just awesome. A large variety  of jobs, easy to use website, and very good content.

Last time, I was in a hurry to change my job. I contacted them and said that I want to buy their paid services i.e. resume flash and resume display. I told them that I need to send my CV only to Delhi consultants, and resume display only for 2 months.

Their sales executives rushed behind me with many phone calls. They promised me hell lot of things. but said that you cant take services for 2 months, you will have to pay for one year.. (They say they are king, and not the customer)

So I immediately paid the price trough bank transfer.  I also sent my updated CV to them.  What they did, they changed the content, (specially the type of job I was looking for), in my CV and sent it to 1000 consultants all over India. Hence a complete loss to me, as the contents were changed.

Regarding display service at their website, they changed my CV without my permission and uploaded to their website. Even after lots of phone calls, and tens of emails, they did not change it. After struggling for more than two months, they changed the displayed CV. So, I can say this purchased service also proved a loss for  me. At last they even stop replying me emails.

Hence, Rs. 1700 proved a total loss for me. They acted in a negative manner for me, as my CV was presented in a wrong manner to the target audience.

So folks, never buy their paid services, just enjoy free services.
