Dont go for its Brand very poor service. Review on Naukri

I am one of the person victim of their poor services. I took service with 7000/- for resume preparation, highlighting my resume to the companies and posting Jobs to me. This is a 6 months service package and I did not get even a single call from Naukri. I really very disappointed with their service and support that period. Resume preparation is simple earning money for them because I thought it could be different but when I saw my prepared resume and covering letter it is just copy paste of my old style and I never used covering letter to post. Information they prepared in my resume not having any depth. They just put all my old resume paragraphs only. They way of resume design is not so attractive and its not up to the point to use it. Loading resume into website is simple and clear but there is no use of this for me. They use to post the Jobs which are expired or duplicate jobs. When I am taking this service they told that my resume will be highlighted to all the companies because I am taking paid service. But I could not get any call from them and if I asked to the Naukri sales men they said that we will review the resume and let me know. But after great R&D on my resume they replied that nothing is wrong in my resume so why I am not getting calls. They said simply that it is not their responsibility to take focus only on my resume. It is ridicules service I ever experienced in my life time. At last I got calls with my own efforts they simply ate my money.
