I regularly order from Bigbasket and Local banya and thought of trying Godrej Naturesbasket as their stores are quite good .
The experience was PATHETIC and luckliy I opted for Card on Delivery else like the other customer who had a bad experience they may not even have refunded my money.
Issues faced:
- The rate I booked the order online and what was actually invoiced was different for the vegetables and Eggs - Naturesbasket - is this not called CHEATING the customer?
That too as I wanted to add additional stuff to my order hence I called the customer care just the night before who verfied the rates and yet it was billed at a higher rate? The rate increased overnight?
They coolly replaced the brands I selected and booked with higher priced foreign brands - why? after all they do have the indian brand in their stock. are they trying to palm of non selling brands?
The quality of the lettuce and other leaves was terrible and yet they charge higher than big basket or local banya despite sourcing from the same vendor .
You would have selected a product weighing 100gms which can be weighed exactly - yet they will send you something else and charge you double the rate and the delivery guy will give the reason that weighing is a problem - I pointed out that peeled garlic can be weighed exactly -he had no excuse(of course not his fault as he didnt weigh it)
Last and the best part - They own godrej chicken but you will get the older stock -possibly trying to palm of older stock . So you are better off buying your chicken from your local guy than from them
All in all will never buy from Godrej Naturesbasket online site again!
