Staff in naturals are hopeless they are not educated they dont understand what your saying they only have book knowledge they are not aware of the latest trends . I wanted a mohawk hairstyle but when I asked the guy who was my hairdresser he was clueless he doesn't know what mohawk is .
They only charge lot of money with no satisying service. I would rather go to a normal saloon in my area ,
They need to stop attracting people with their big signboards and offers even if they do please maintain professional staff because we are paying for the services.
