I’ve ordered two family packs of ice creams. Coconut and Mango! The award was fine ok for coconut, however, Mango ice cream lid was broken from the top as shown in the picture. Content leaked. Seal was broken. Obviously, this isn’t what we asked for and expected to get.
The amazing thing is yet to be told. We contacted Swiggy, via chat. Chat bot (machine), obviously, apologised offered Rs. 250 coupon. I got pissed! I paid a bloody 594 after a 125 discount and they want to refund 250?! Are you shitting me? I opted to talk to a person instead. Guess what?! They are no more than machines too. That person again offered a coupon for 250. I refused the coupon and insisted on the return of the product. They denied. I had no option but to accept the coupon ANYWAY after a long endless one sided argument.
