Despite the initial satisfaction, it has been a harrowing experience since. Unprofessional to the core. People do not bother to reply to any message or call and are not transparent at all. Some money of mine which is ought to be refunded to me has been with them for the past few months and whenever I ask for the same, they always dodge the query, and to such an extent that it has become traumatizing now. A customer is treated as if he doesn't exist which is appalling. Merely giving an update or two about my application is not enough, if you truly care about your clients you should respond to EACH and EVERY query they have. I have tried being amicable so far but the limit's crossed now
