Hello friends today I am sharing my experience with National Insurance Company.it is not a big brand company.it only insured motor vehicles.
When I purchased my hero honda passion from my nearby dealer, I get to know the national insurance company.as you know when we buy onroad motor vehicles, then the dealer have the responsibility for making R.C and insurance for the vehicle.then I get my first insurance of national insurance company.
The coustomer service is not good.when I went to office for my second insurance, I talk with agent and he takes money told me to take this Insurance after one week.they turns the process of one week into 15 days.when I take the insurance, I told him how you take so many days to do insurance of my vehicle.he says attitudely, sir this is the process of this company.their staff attitude is very rude.then I decided never again do my insurance with this company.
The claim settlements is not good.firstly they take the value of your vehicle very low.then they take very high amount for insurance.to get the claim you need to wait for many days for the investigation and they give very less amount.
Their premium cost is quite high as compared to other companies.the range of plans is less.
