This tourist agency is a completely a fraud agency. I have booked 5 days 4 night Kashmir packaged. They are not providing the service they promised.
These are the problems I have faced with this travel agent:
1) They send us very good rooms images but will provide us very poor class of rooms.
The food quality was very poor. We had to go outside my hotel to eat the good quality of food.
2) There are so many hidden charges.
3) I had to pay toll from my pocket while it was included in the package.
4) Very poor class of car and driver as well.
5) Number of locations not covered as they promised.
6) You have to book another car to visit some locations because they will give you so many reasons(our cab is not allowed to go at that location ok only union cab is allowed whic is not true at all).
7) Cab driver misbehaved with us at so many occasions. Everyday he stoped the car at Dhaba and take more than 2 hours just to take lunch and tea.
8) At the final day of tour they asked us to pay advanced money before dropping us to to our final destination.
10) Our Kashmir trip was completely hell will this travel agency.
Never recommended.
