I bought a Corolla, and the sales cycle was very good, as was the quality of the sales staff's responsiveness and courtesy. They went out of their way to help me get the car.
However, the after-sales support - that is, the servicing - has been God-awful. While their staff is very courteous and helpful, the quality of service is quite bad. They haven't fixed a single reported problem (and believe me, the Corolla is plagued with problems that none of the Hyundai sedans have), and I've had to call them repeatedly and repeatedly give the car for servicing to have the problem fixed.
This time it was the gear box. They tried to fix a faulty gear box, which returned back to its "broken" state within a couple of weeks of getting back the car. As a customer of Hyundai, Toyota and Maruti, I'd have to say that Toyota's quality of servicing is the worst.
