Dear friends, Please don't believe in Naaptol and their over exaggerated advertising on TV. Along with horrible products, you'll also have to go through horrible customer care service.
I had ordered a set of 5 bedsheets from Naaptol for INR 2399(incl. shipping charges). When we got the order, the courier person asked for extra INR 68 stating we will get a gift voucher from Naaptol against this payment. We paid him the money and called up Naaptol to inquire about the same. We were told - "It is not our responsibility once we courier the order. It is up to you to sort this out with the courier person". We had to haggle with the courier person to get back the money.
Our ordeal did not stop here. The delivered package was torn during shipment. Outer packaging, Naaptol Bag inside and one of the bedsheets were torn due to negligence during delivery. When we called up Naaptol customer care to inquire about this, they said - "You are very well within the warranty period which is of 7 months. We will send a courier person within 3-4 days to collect the bedsheets and send you a replacement for the same". We waited for a week. When no one showed up to collect the bedsheets we called the customer care again. This is where we realized how horrible Naaptol and its customer care services are.
The customer care person was extremely rude and refused replacement stating the warranty period was over. He even hung up the call even before I finished speaking. He, later on, went on to close the complaint stating complaint successfully closed. We got the complaint opened again by calling the number mentioned. This time a different customer care person told us she was very apologetic and we will get a replacement and that one of their customer care executives will get in touch soon. Once again we got a call from their customer care and this time the executive was again extremely rude saying this like - "Don't you understand once if I say we will not give YOU the replacement". He again hung up before I finished speaking. This repeated once again but this time I told him we will write about their behavior on social media. The customer care executive said he doesn't care what we do.
Coming to the quality of the bedsheets - it is extremely bad. The size is extremely large breadthwise and extremely small length size. The quality is very cheap and the finish is also not proper.
Dear friends, never order from Naaptol. They are a scam, making money by selling cheap stuff and have no respect for customers.
