NAAPTOL is the worst site I have ever experienced. Once I had ordered a blackberry phone. I got it at 7k. After using it for few days, it got damaged.
Then I went to blackberry service center asking them to repair my damaged phone. It was only 4-5 months that I had purchased the phone.
So I believed that I should get free after sale services. But, on reaching the service center, those people told me that this phone cannot be repaired since it was bought online and the receipts were also not supporting one. I was helpless and returned back. I lost my 7k. So, I would like to suggest people to think twice before shopping from NAAPTOL.
