I gave an order for an oil heater which was like 2000 Rs cheaper then everywhere else and I made the fatal mistake of ordering from this God forsaken website and it took 2 weeks to get a reply that the order I made was "Out of stock" and hence cancelled!

What the hell ? Why do you list products that are out of stock and tell people that you're delivering it?

"Naaptol" is the bottom of the barrel worst online shopping website so DO NOT order anything from this website and DO NOT make the mistake of paying via-online banking because only God knows if you'll get your money back if you did that!
