Shopping from Naaptol is like taking out money from your wallet and throwing it a fireplace.Total waste of money.I ordered a hardware tool kit watching it's program on tv.Firstly, it took 10 days to reach me, n when I opened my kit I saw 2 of the instruments were missing so I called them up, the executive said they will replace the product within 2 days but the pick up boy came after 5 days and again they took 10 days to bring back a new kit.So it was a worst experience for me from this site.I highly recommend people to go for sites like flipkart, myntra and eBay.
