Hi friends here I would like to write the review on the Naaptol.com, Guys this is very very bad online shopping website please don't shopping with this website. Naaptol.com is started in January, 2008 year. The Naaptol.com is also one of the India's leading online stores, but the Naaptol has not providing good quality and durable products. Always the Naaptol has giving offers and Hugh discounts on products but that products are very low quality and very bad services in customer services. In Naaptol.com we can purchase the Mobiles, Watches, Shoes, Bed sheets and Gifts etc. The thing is Naaptol is providing the products with very cost but there are no quality and we are facing so many problems with the products.
In Naaptol after purchased the products there is no good response from the Naaptol staff, before purchase the products the staff of Naaptol is giving good response to us. The Naaptol has to improve in so many aspects such as clarify the customers problems of products, sales should be genuine and quality products. The Naaptol has introduces many latest products in regular basis with the very cheap rates and with lack of product quality. The Naaptol has to give more priority to product quality and durability. The customer servicing centers of Naaptol not good responses on customers quarries and customers problems. As per my knowledge don't see the low cost rates in naaptol look for the quality products, Naaptol.com is not suitable for the quality products. It is better to choose the other websites for online shopping.
