Vodafone services have gone from bad to worst . I have two post paid connections( 97422XX37X & 988XX66XXX) and I had gone to my hometown in October 2015 and I had given request for activating roaming pack and also request for deactivating roaming after coming back within a week.    I had been charged wrongly on by subsequent bills for roaming and took waivers for the same against the following request numbers( 132073612 & 132073598) . To my surprise I am seeing again roaming charges has been added on my latest bill of 9880966315, when I called the helpline agent is telling that this is an auto renewal plan and it would get activated by itself, when I told that I had taken waivers last month and how did it get activated again, he said that you had never given request for deactivation, if this was the case how did I get waivers he has no answer to that .Vodafone is looking ways for generating extra bogus income, I think we have reached stage now that we have to move out of Vodafone and look for some other service provider.
