Myself opened account with myuniverse in a month of September. I received call from myuniverse CC and asked to take membership. I took that membership immediately. and afterwards I got call from a person so called adviser(?). Without knowing whether my branch MICR is enlisted in list of myuniverse he asked me to invest into it. later on I generate ECS through their online software and sent to them.
I got call them after delivering that ECS saying that your branch MICR is not enlisted into their database, so we opened another account with AXIS bank and send them confirmation letter saying that branch has ECS facility. Even though we approached to branch manager. He is laughing towards us. and said they have ECS facilty and provides us confirmation letter of ECS facility at their branch. I sent it on oct 13. But no reply has came from myuniverse.
After sending a email I got call from ashish pal and ashwini madam. Ashwinin madam said carry ECS mandate to Axis and take verification stamp on that and send it back to them. we are unable to download to that ECS before adding bank. and even already we have sent ECS facilty confirmation letter from bank why we should send ECS+verification stamp back to myuniverse.
Very bad customer care. once we opened account they are not responding them. One of cc sanket very bad language and he is not able guide us properly. Infact few are their.
Muniverse, due this I want to close my account. and never advise to open account with you.
