This is my own review.
I tried searching for their FSSAI number but couldn't find it.
Please go through the complaint properly as I have written the same thing as I did in the review.
I lost 35 rupees totally out of 165 that I paid, but it's not about the money the hotel owner thinks that he can bribe people and threaten the customers that do whatever you want bug nothing is going to happen to the hotel. I just want this hotel and all its branches to realize that they can be put to trouble as well if they do something wrong. The owner was very very rude to me.
The following is the complaint:
The owner of this place is damn rude. I've been going to this place since my childhood and there's no doubt that many of the dishes are good but along with the dishes being good, they have to behave and not cheat. These people cheat.
I ordered for parcel and that was 1 plate dosa which by default comes with 1 small chutney box and 1 small sambhar box with the printed rate itself without any extra charge and I also ordered for Upma which by default comes with 1 small chutney box + I ordered for 1 extra chutney box alone which costs 15 rupees extra.
So totally I should have got 3 chutney boxes and 1 sambhar in the parcel which is 1 chutney and sambhar which is supposed to be there by default for the dosa and 1 chutney for the Upma by default which doesn't have any extra charge because it comes with the order plus 1 more extra chutney which is 15 rupees extra.
But this owner is a cheater. What he did is that he charged me 10 + 10 extra for 2 chutneys which were supposed to be by default with the order and placed it in the parcel and he also charged me 15 rupees for extra chutney and never gave that chutney to me in the parcel.
When I called him up to ask he lies to me that ma'am with dosa there's only sambhar which comes and I told him that though I did a direct order I know the menu and for him to know I also opened ZOMATO and read the menu to him where it was clearly written that plain dosa served with chutney and sambhar and I even showed him that Upma is written as its served with chutney. I told him that he never gave me extra chutney and charged me 15 extra for that and also charged me 10+10 for the chutney that was supposed to be given by default with the order.
The owner was so rude and was telling me that do whatever I can.
I tried complaining at the consumer forum through a call and the complaint couldn't be registered over a call as there was no email for the restaurant so that consumer forum guy told me that I have to go to the website and type everything in detail. I could not do that as I was in the hospital at that time.
PEOPLE I NEED YOUR SUPPORT TO LET HOTELS AND EVERYONE KNOW THAT EVEN 1 RUPEE MATTERS BECAUSE IT'S SOMEONE'S HARD-EARNED MONEY.
