I had ordered a couple of paintings on Myntra. Through this art seller called The Handmade Flair.
I received the paintings after 1 week of said delivery date and when the paintings arrived the frames were all broken and the glass was coming out of due to the frame being broken.
However, I reached out to their customer care for an exchange of the product and they said they will get back to me in 2 days, post 2 days I got a message saying they needed another 48 hours to review the claim.
Post that I got no response from them, so I raised a return request, their service team is so bloody inefficient that they sent a guy on a scooter to pick up the items, they have no sense of what item is being returned and what are the requirements to send accordingly.
I was very frustrated and hence I called their customer care again to raise another request and they did the same thing again. And eventually, they cancelled my return request. and did not even bother to pick up the products that I had request a return for.
Myntra claims to be such a big and well reputed online platform but their quality of service and way of handling customers really shows how they are just a badly managed company and they are looking to scam people. They just want to loot people's money and think we are fools to keep buying from them.
I had paid nearly 12, 000 for the painting and they did not even bother to follow up on the request and get it resolved. They all are a bunch of idiots sitting in the customer care office who are of no use and can't really handle a customer when required. Worst app ever. They don't deserve to even have a business platform.
I will never buy any product from Myntra ever again. It shows that their mindset is only scam people and make a fool of customers.
Highly unethical platfrom with no sense of taking responsibility and making customer satisfied.
DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE! THEY ARE HIGHLY UNETHICAL SCAMMERS.
