Brother and Sister? Yes, I mean Flipkart and Myntra. Myntra is the sister concern of Flipkart since 2014.
I was using Flipkart Since 2013 and stopped using it in 2023 because of how worst it is, in terms of product quality, delivery, returns, refund, customer support and so on. Completely unprofessional.
Now these Myntra. Brother like Sister. How? Read below further.
I dont remember exactly but I am using Myntra for past almost 9+ yrs.
It was good back then. Good amount of products for sale. Good delivery, perfect returns and refund. Never ever needed to contact customer support.
Now its changing slowly. Though the products sold are still good, different brand, model, sizes and designs but there are other issues, which made me quit this website.
They are looting money by charging delivery. Lets say if you ordering a product of Rs.1000. They charge 70 extra for delivery, which was never charged previously. So lets say you pay 1070. But when you return, they only return 1000 and that 70 is a loss. But if its Amazon, they refund 1070.
Conveyance Charge. They have started to charge Rs.20 extra in name of Conveyance. Which is also not refundable.
Refund. Take a lots of time just like Flipkart. Minimum more than 15 days. Sometime almost 30 days. Which leaves us in frustration.
Its better to order from Amazon or individual websites like Max.
