First of all all the products being featured here are truly authentic, genuine. May I share my experience with Myntra I hope that it is possibly the best way to actually explain what happens with yourself so that you can share your experience about the same.
I had this occasion for which a jacket was must for my attire so I for bought it obviously after going thru all the details and ordered it thru express shipping because I want it to be delivered within specific time period, so as a matter of fact the said product was delivered well in time as per their commitment.
A thing went wrong about the product description that eventually I had to call customer care for the same initially I yelled at CCe executive about the wrong/incomplete description of product, he listened to me very patiently and when I had finished my yelling he very politely told me about the whole description of product which was mentioned against the product but it was my mistake that due to my impatience I did not read it completely so to conclude whole purpose was ruined for which I I had ordered the product but afterwards I realized that it was my mistake and CCe very politely cleared my doubt.
Anyways I had to put in a request for replace but over and above I am satisfied with the quality of the product which was delivered to me originally and after replacement was absolutely fine and on top of it they did not even charged me again for express delivery.
UI for app is awesome the USP being the type/number/category of filters that it offer is absolutely fantastic.
In my view it is one of the best online shopping app when you only want the authentic brand at a reasonable prize.
