THEY MAKE FAKE PROMISES OF FREE RETURNS, THEY WILL NEVER TAKE RETURN OF THEIR POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS.


THEY ONLY SELL CHEAP AND POOR QUALITY ITEMS. AND NO RETURNS. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND MY JEANS ALSO AND DIDN'T RETURN ME MY MONEY BY SAYING I DIDN'T RETURN. WHICH IS FALSE.


1. I bought the product on Myntra website. When I received the product, fitting was not correct, so I raised a return request on 08/06/21.


2. After receiving several emails that pick up will happen today and that it failed, finally on 13/06/21 the pick up happened(after raising tickets on customer care number).


3. On 14/06/21 I received the email that the return is on hold because it failed quality check. (I have handed him the product in original condition. All tags were intact at the time of collection)


4. I called up call centre, was told that the return is on hold because it failed quality check, I told that it's not true. All tags were attached to the garment. I was told that they escalated the matter.


5. Nothing happened for 1 day so I called up call centre again, this time I was told that the return is on hold because “wrong product delivered”. I told that earlier I was told that tags are missing now you’re saying “wrong product delivered”. She said I’ll escalate the matter. I agreed. After this, I also wrote several messages under “Order Related Queries” – “plusS Women Brown Straight Fit Solid Joggers Size: 3XL”, where it was clearly mentioned that my return is on hold due to “missing tags”. I called the customer care number again many times, no one helped me. Please note that Myntra doesn’t provide any assistance through emails. They did not provide me any sms/email of return collection, didn’t have the contact details of the courier person who came to collect it. They only deal with customers through their own app/website(where they conveniently keep deleting unsolved issues messages and tickets) or phone(seems like no past records of any previous phone calls are kept).


6. On 20/06/21 I got an email saying “Return cancelled by courier “. Same day I saw that all the pending messages under “Order Related Queries” – “plusS Women Brown Straight Fit Solid Joggers Size: 3XL”, were all deleted and status was changed to “delivered” from “Open issue”. I called them up call centre again to get the contact details of the courier person responsible but I was told that they don’t know who came and collected it. (I have handed him the product in original condition without and missing tags. All tags were intact at the time of collection)


Since then I’m constantly fighting for my refund money but Myntra is not helping me at all. I contacted them on Twitter too. It is extremely unprofessional of a multi-million business like Myntra to harass a lady for 999rs.


It's extremely unethical also to lie about the return refusal reason, not providing any sms/email of return collection, not having the contact details of the courier person responsible and deleting messaging on their app/website without providing any resolution and bluntly refusing refunds to consumers for no fault of their own.


I’m getting harassed unnecessarily for no fault of my own. If there were no sms or emails sent to me regarding the pickup, then that’s something that Myntra needs to look at.


Myntra being such a big and multi-crore business, harassing a decent and honest lady for a mere 900 Rs is extremely unethical and unprofessional on Myntra’s part.


I want Myntra to return me my money and also compensate me for the time, effort spent and the mental trauma and harassment I’ve gone through due to their negligence on this matter. I hope to get duly and thoughtfully compensated for all that has happened.
