I have been mynta customers fir quiet no. Of years. I never had any problem in return or exchange. Though it took longer.
My last experience has left me in shock.
Myntra has come up with a tag system.Wherein the product will not be taken back if there is no tag.
I ordered 2 Rocia shoes from the app. I received both the shoes without tag. I wanted to return one due to fit issues.
The agent declined saying he cannot take it without.
I repeatedly called the call center they said they will inquire the matter. And just send the mail for decline. When ever I called the callcenter guy said we have inquired. It was sent with tag.
They did not resolved the issue even after escalating. So I am stuck with expensive shoe that is not my size. I did ask them give some details of their inquiry. Do they have any pic or any video or a tracker on tag. How will I know the box they are sending is with tag or not. How to trust their enquiry.There should be some transparency.
Now it is very clear we are stuck at the hands of warehouse people who can easily send product without tags or just change the product. And we will be stuck with wrong product.Kindly take a video of every product you by from myntra hence forth. Cause now their management is filled with frauds.
They are only troubling customer
