I did order FCUK shoes which was supposed to get delivered on November 6th. On the date if delivery, we got an update "Failed Attempt" without any calll. Call delivery agent option included in the app, doesn't work. I kept calling Myntra for the intervention because I wanted them to not to cancel the shipment. I ordered the product during an offer period. Same offer cannot be applied if the order gets canceled. Multiple calls, mails, follow up and nothing worked. Ultimately on 16th November they have canceled my order. I was ready to collect it from their sales hub which according to them was not allowed. Sharing delivery agents number was not allowed. After auto cancelation of the product, service officer called me to cut a sorry face and offered a discount of Rs.100/- and I am their elite customer. After writing to their founder, I was expecting some response but that also never happened.
