I've ordered many products on Myntra.com or Myntra android app till date. It's a partner e-commerce store of Flipkart.com. I ordered shoes, jeans, t-shirts, shirts, socks etc different items on Mytra. Though, it provides good quality product, I noticed every time from my orders that the product prices are way too higher than it should be. They always label M.R.P with big figure and never give good discount. Every time I also had to pay high shipping fees on my product. Not a single time they provided me free shipmnet. I even tried changing my address and location but still not received free shipping.
Though they provide some promocodes, all of them work on order with above 2000 or 2500. So you have to buy high priced items for getting a little discount.
I use its android app to order online but I must say that the app is a bit slower in searching items and gets hanged after long use. I also never got app referral reward points for referring amongst my family members. They joined and registered using my invitation link and even ordered at least one item, but still I not got any reward points. I contacted support team but they failed to me in giving my reward.
I think Myntra should reduce their product prices because those same products can easily be found in the market or on other online stores at much lesser price.
