I started shopping at myntra.com two years back and here are my thoughts about it.

Myntra.com is India's largest online store for buying cloths and fashion accessories.

It has a wide range of collection for men, women and kids featuring almost all popular and best of brands. Earlier myntra was available on website as well as on its app, but now it has gone to app only. The user interface of myntra is very clean and simple and anyone can buy from it without any difficulties. First we have to register on it and then verify it.

Then we can choose from the wide range of product catagory that we want to buy.

After selecting product its details and specifications will e displayed and then we can choose the size & colour( if availbale) and then we add it to our shopping cart.

After selecting products as per liking to cart the next part is we can move to payment option and add the delivery address then choose from various payment option like cash on delivery or online payment etc.

I have purchased various shirts, tshirts and shoes from it and I had a great experience.

The delivery is in time and the products are 100% original no fake items are there.

It provides very good customer service and if we want to return something it is very easy.

First apply request on app then delivery boy comes to our place and we can handover the product to him then he takes it back and ships it to myntra.com.

After this our money is credited to bank account or we can have it on myntra.com for further purchase.

Myntra is very much aware of customer needs and provides the best offerings by introducing many exciting discounts on every occasion.

Overall I am very satisfied with myntra and it is the most customer friendly online store.
