I ordered a set of curtains from myntra one months back ( october 12) since I was planning to give it as a gift for the housewarmimg of my friend. The curtains were well looking in the images provided in the shopping site.
When I ordered it was shown that the expected date of delivary was within 19 october. I placed the order since I thought it would be delivered well before the housewarming which was on 22 october. But when I checked on 18, and to my surprice, I found that the product was not even dispatched. I was very much frustated and decided to call the customer care.
When I called them, they said that they needed few more days for the delivary. I told them that I needed those immediately else it would be of no use. But they didn't respond at all. They have no responsibility for what they commit to their customers.
Moreover when I received the product around 7 days after expected date, the product didn't resemble the image provided in the site. It was dull coloured, but cloth quality was okay.
It was my first experience with myntra and it was very dissapointing. So I don't recommend my friends to buy from myntra. Better opt for other trusted sites like amazon.
