This application though is quite useful to check the left data available and many more but, this application always delays the flow. Similar it is pity over the jio telecom service provider that I've mentioned the faults by having chat through this application but they haven't responded till now, mentioning that I'm getting data speed of 55 kbps but previously it was given upto 1 mbps otherwise it will compel me switch the service to the competitive telecom service.
Atleast they have such provision in which user can chat through the officials regarding the problem user faced even if the operator are able not responding toll free number or 198. That's I have given 2/5 that is atleast they are concerned about the customer.
Whatever the concept be if the application switches too slow then there is no worth for using it whatever the feature the application may be incorporate with but in all it is affected by switching speed as I'm facing right now, I will like to aware you that my cell phone carry 3gb RAM and 1.8 ghz frequency processor so there is no optimization required regarding the hardware purpose. I'm facing this problem if mouthshut be the medium to resolve the problem then I'll be fortunate.
