I'm a Jio customer from past 8 months, I'm using the Jio app on a regular basis to counter my data usage almost everyday. I find the concept of making this app very useful. I can track and get records of the previous recharges done through Net banking.
It really connects fast and reliable but one concern it does not update in real time and takes 5-6 hours to update on Jio app. I have found the recharge option helpful integrated within the app. A must have app for all Jio customers. The layout of the app is good and I can easily browse through different options available in Jio app. Hope you like my review helpful.
