I wanted to surprise my husband in gurgaon on his birthday by sending him flowers - I wasnt able to place the order on the ferns and petals site as the site was down so thought I would try our myflowertree.com thinking they would be as good .
I selected the exotic flowers and even checked with the helpdesk ONLINE if the flowers would be available and they confirmed yes
Next morning I get a call saying these exotic flowers are not available and now even though I have been billed for a higher amount they would be substituting cheaper roses - I was so unhappy that I told them to cancel the order.
THEY REFUSED SAYING NOTHING CAN BE DONE AND NO MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED! so I agreed to go ahead(what choice is there?)
AND GUESS WHAT AFTER WAITING THE WHOLE DAY THEY NEVER EVEN DELIVERED THE FLOWERS! CAN YOU EVEN IMAGINE THE DISAPPOINTMENT?
BUNCH OF CROOKS AND CHEATS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE
I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED .
